Our products
The technological designs for fish farms are developed according to the principle RAS (recirculating aquaculture system). This principle, applied for the raising of sturgeons, is unique. If you change the type of fish raised in the RAS, nothing should be changed, except for: the temperature regime, the fish and feed.
At present we can develop technical (working) designs of a building alongside with all infrastructure in compliance with the norms and regulations adopted in the EU and Russia.
We have the following developed technological RAS designs:
1. RAS for raising sturgeon for meat purposes with the productivity of 5 tons per annum.
RAS – 5t
Area occupied – 120 m2
Price of the technological design – EUR 10,000
Price of the fish farming equipment – approximately EUR 50,000 (delivery and customs excluded)
Price of the automatics is discussed with the customer ordering it. The price depends on the level of automatics, volume of tasks to be tackled, brand of the controller etc.
2. RAS for raising sturgeon for meat purposes with the productivity of 10 tons per annum.
RAS – 1ot
Area occupied – 260 m2
Price of the technological design – EUR 15,000
Price of the fish farming equipment – approximately EUR 93,000 (delivery and customs excluded)
Price of the automatics is discussed with the customer ordering it. The price depends on the level of automatics, volume of tasks to be tackled, brand of the controller etc.
3. RAS for raising sturgeon for meat purposes with the productivity of 45 tons per annum.
RAS – 45t
Area occupied – 900 m2
Price of the technological design – EUR 20,000
Price of the fish farming equipment – approximately EUR 257,000 (delivery and customs excluded)

4. RAS for raising sturgeon for roe purposes with the productivity of 2 tons of black caviar per annum (the roe is obtained from the alive fish).

Price of the technological design – EUR 35,000
Price of the fish farming equipment – approximately EUR 350,000 (delivery and customs excluded)

5. RAS for raising African sheatfish (Clarias gariepinus) for meat purposes with the productivity of 50 tons per annum.

Automatics excluded.

Мы построили в Казахстане две большие осетровые фермы в 2015 и 2016 годах.
Все они уже давно окупились и вышли на прибыль.
Причем мы в обоих фермах прошли ГосЭкспертизу Казахстана.

Indoor 150 m2 can construct RAS 5 tons.

Please let me know if you have any systems apply for both meat and roe production? I mean rising sturgeon in a single farm up to 10 years to obtain roe, during which, meats is old annually after the third year.
